Harry A. Hoffner

Harry Angier Hoffner, Jr. (November 27, 1934 - March 10, 2015) was an American professor of Hittitology.
==Early life and education==
Hoffner was born in Jacksonville, Florida to Harry Angier and Madaline Wolford Hoffner. Their third child, he went on to study at Princeton University, where he earned his B.A. Cum Laude in 1956. Hoffner continued his masters studies at the Dallas Theological Seminary, obtaining a Masters in Theology in 1960, and then took up study at Brandeis University, earning an M.A. in 1961 and a Ph.D. in Ancient Mediterranean Studies in 1963.〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://oi.uchicago.edu/pdf/Hoffner_CV.pdf )
